ALLOA Leisure Bowl is urging anyone who hasn’t tried its newest programme, ‘Bodybalance’, to get along and try it for free this Saturday.

It’s inviting people of all ages and fitness abilities to give the yoga and T’ai Chi-inspired workout a go as part of the Spring launch of its Les Mills programmes, which introduces new music and choreography each quarter.

Group fitness coordinator Tricia Mackenzie said, “If you haven’t tried our newest programme, ‘Bodybalance’, come along and try it for free.

“This class is suitable for everyone. It’s a yoga and T’ai Chi-inspired workout, which will improve strength and flexibility and provides a sense of wellbeing and calm.

“Join our team of Les Mills instructors on Saturday 5 April and sample the Spring releases of our five Les Mills programmes – bringing new innovations and exciting challenges!” Classes will run at the following times: Saturday 5 April – Alloa Leisure Bowl 9am-10am Bodypump 10.10am-10.55am Bodycombat/bodyattack 11am-11.30am Cxworx 11.35am -12.15pm Bodybalance - (free taster) Regular users please note that the normal 11.40am class is cancelled for one week only and will re-commence on Saturday 12 April. The Indoor Cycling classes will run as normal at 10am and 11am on Saturday 5 April.
