DID you attend the Les Mills Launch at the Leisure Bowl earlier this month?

If not don’t worry. Les Mills is here to stay and there are lots of opportunities to try the classes out.

Every quarter, Les Mills release new workout material, and the dedicated instructors at the Leisure Bowl are always up to date with the latest moves and tracks.

Whether you are a Les Mills fanatic or you have never tried any of the classes before, the Leisure Bowl gang are always on hand to make sure you get the best out of your work out.

Launch nights give you the chance to try out a series of taster classes, and sometimes even have a theme. (This quarter it was neon, don’t the guys look brilliant?) Whatever your fitness level, each class has a variety of options to suit you.

Keep an eye out in the Alloa Advertiser for details of the next launch, as well as all the weekly Les Mills classes.
