ROONEY Peacefully at FVRH on Thursday 28th November 2019, William (Billy), aged 62 years. Beloved husband of Sheila and a much loved dad of Darren and Christopher. A much missed brother, uncle and friend to many. A service to celebrate Billy's life will take place at Menstrie Parish Church on Thursday 5th December at 1.00pm, thereafter to Alva Cemetery.
