FRIGHTENED Rabbit will headline Electric Fields.
The festival, held at Drumlanrig Castle in Dumfries & Galloway, has also added The Jesus & Mary Chain, Arab Strap, Crash Club, And Yet It Moves, and Brat and the Bonemen to its sparkling line-up.
Returning for another year are Edinburgh’s Sneaky Pete’s, who will again curate their own electronica stage, and Tim Burgess will bring back his own curated ‘Tim Peaks Diner’ experience.
As well as a smashing musical bill, which will ultimately feature over 100 artists, the family-friendly event is also expanding its offering with a curated Food Village, and a dedicated tent hosting EF’s very own Ale and Craft Beer Festival.
This year will also feature comedy, spoken word, and film with Q&As from some very special guests.
For youngsters, the 'Our Kids Electric' area returns with a whole host of entertainment and workshops and of course, the legendary adventure playground is a hop, skip and a jump away.
Electric Fields will take place on September 1-2.
