MASON HILL will kickstart their 2022 with the release of a live album of their sold-out show at The Garage last September.

The Glasgow five-piece performed their latest hometown show, after the release of their debut album Against the Wall in 2021 which entered the top 20 national album charts and topped the UK rock album chart.

Their set at The Garage last year was among the many shows they were finally able to play, following the relaxing of lockdown restrictions.

Marking just how special the Glasgow date was to the band was crucial.

The live album release is formatted as an exquisite hard-backed book with 16-page, full-colour bound booklet, spot varnish foil cover, signed setlist, and digital album download.

Scott Taylor, the band's lead singer, said: “2021 was the most incredible year for us. We went from a standing start to a top 20 album followed by an insanely successful 22 date headline UK tour.

"We made sure that we wanted to mark this amazing journey by recording a state of the art multitrack production of our Glasgow show.

"With the help of Scottish Creative Industries and the PRS Momentum fund, we think we have produced a quality album which we hope fans will love.

"Life just keeps getting better and better."

The Mason Hill live album will be released on April 22.
