WEE County runners are being urged to sign up for the Bupa Great Women’s 10k now, to get fit for charity.
Action for Children Scotland want to hear from Clackmannanshire ladies who would like to raise vital funds for the charity, through taking on the popular run in Glasgow on Sunday 11 May.
Action for Children Scotland fundraiser, Karen Main, said, “Time is running out so I would encourage Clackmannanshire women to sign up now – before it’s too late! By running for Action for Children Scotland you can help to ensure the most vulnerable children, young people and families in this country get the support they need to transform their lives and fulfil their potential.” Participants who choose to run on behalf of Action for Children Scotland will receive a running vest and a fundraising pack – and the team will be there on the day to provide moral support.
