Family Ceilidh Dance Thursday 14 August ‘The Wee County Ceilidh Band’ is a real opportunity to get your dancing shoes on and hit the floor with family and friends. The ceilidh will be held in Alloa Baptist Church, Ludgate, Alloa, at 7pm. Refreshments will be served and there will be a raffle. To book contact the WISH office on (01259) 217213. Sponsored Walk Sunday 7 September Take part in the Dogs Unite for Guide Dogs sponsored walk around Gartmorn Dam, at 1.30pm. Sponsor forms can be collected from Berts Pets or Gloria Foxton, 4 Woodlands in Sauchie.
Sponsored Walk Saturday 20 September Join Central Scotland Regional Equality Council on its sponsored walk, covering three areas and 10 miles in one day. Help celebrate its 30th anniversary while raising money for Strathcarron Hospice, by signing up for the Clackmannanshire section of the walk.
It will start at the Gartmorn Dam, Sauchie, at 2.45pm on Saturday 20 September.
