A man was airlifted to hospital after a serious road accident near Kincardine on Saturday (16 August).
The collision between a car and a motorcycle happened around 12.20pm on the A985 about a mile east of Kincardine.
Several motorists contacted emergency services and paramedics rushed to the scene, where both the motorcyclist and driver of the car were treated for injury.
The air ambulance flew a 30-year-old man to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. It’s been reported that he suffered chest injuries.
The road was blocked off and traffic was diverted at the Shiresmill junction and the Longannet roundabout.
