ONE of the men charged with trolling Facebook with obscene messages following the death of five-year-old Scott Chiriseri has appeared in court.
The 22-year-old pleaded not guilty to sending messages that were grossly offensive, or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character through the social network site.
The incident is alleged to have taken place on 7 December – two days after the young Alva schoolboy was found dead in his home.
The accused will now face trial on 15 July, and will re-appear in court on 22 June for a pre-trial hearing.
