AN ALLOA man appeared in court last week charged with two counts of sexually-aggravated breach of the peace.
The 33-year-old was arrested following a concerning allegation, said to have taken place on Turret Court last Tuesday (11 August).
Police issued an appeal for information following reports of a male “behaving suspiciously” late at night.
It is believed the offence relates to some form of attempted voyeurism outside one of the properties there.
The accused appeared before Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday (13 August) in respect of the two counts of breach of the peace.
However, the Advertiser understands that one of the allegations dates back a number of months.
He made no plea or declaration in respect of the matter which was brought up on petition.
The court then took the decision to release him on bail under a strict curfew order.
He is expected to appear again in court later in the year.
