Two men have been banned from entering Klub 21 following allegations of assault in and around the nightclub.
The incident is thought have take place during the early hours of Sunday morning.
It is alleged the duo, aged 23 and 31 years old, attacked a male inside the club and did push him and punch him repeatedly about the head and body.
They are both further accused of assaulting another male on Candleriggs by punching him repeatedly on his head to his injury.
Bail was opposed against the elder accused but was nonetheless granted on both accounts.
However, they were given special conditions not to approach or communicate with the two alleged victims and not to enter Klub 21, Mill Street, Alloa.
The 31-year-old was also placed on a curfew to be remain within his home address between 7pm-7am each night.
A pre-trial hearing was set down for January 18 next year. The trial is scheduled for February 9.
