KINCARDINE is now home to its very own green gym.
Following what was nearly a year-long project, which utilised Scottish Power funding, the outdoor equipment is now ready for use.
It was kick-started by the community council during the gala day last year, which asked residents what they would like to see in the area.
The gym was one of the ideas mooted and the hope is that it will help promote healthy living.
Situated next to the town's playpark, on Anderson Lane, it compliments the facilities already available such as the basketball courts, football park and community hall.
Now officially open, residents are free to pop along and try out the treadmill, lat pull down, chest press, bike and more, in the fresh air.
