A MOBILITY SCOOTER and its 80-year-old driver were involved in a collision on the A907 yesterday, police confirmed.
The road traffic incident happened around noon on the A907 in Alloa, close to supermarket Morrisons, with traffic moving slowly along Clackmannan Road and in the area afterwards.
The mobility scooter collided with a white Ford Fiesta and Police Scotland was alerted at around 12.10pm.
Driving the scooter, an 80-year-old man was taken to hospital, but only sustained minor injuries.
The Advertiser understands it is unlikely anyone will be charged in connection with the incident.
