TWO men have pleaded guilty to assaulting a man to his injury at an address in Tullibody last year.
Bryan Archibald, 20, and Rocco Giannandrea, 18, admitted the offence at Alloa Sheriff Court on Wednesday, May 1.
They both carried out the attack on September 28, by repeatedly punching and kicking another man on his head and body.
They also struck him on the head with a baton, to his injury.
The incident was a first offence for both of the accused.
Sheriff Simon Collins QC deferred sentencing them to allow for the preparation of a Criminal Justice Social Work report, and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
Archibald, of Newmills in Tullibody, and Giannandrea, whose address was not listed, are set to find out their fate on May 30.
