TWO men have been arrested in Alloa after an alleged “altercation” in the town’s Shillinghill area yesterday afternoon.
Several police vans arrived at the scene at about 4pm, following reports of a disturbance at Maple Court.
The Advertiser understands that no one has yet been charged in connection with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Two men aged 43 and 48 have been arrested following a report of a disturbance and altercation within Maple Court Alloa on Wednesday, June 12.
"Inquiries into this incident are continuing."
