A FISHCROSS woman has been banned from entering a Wee County restaurant after being accused of stealing a wallet she found there.

The 41-year-old appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court last Thursday, June 13, where she pleaded not guilty to two charges against her.

She is accused of theft in that she found the wallet and made no attempt to discover its owner.

The incident is alleged to have taken place on April 13 of this year at The Royal Tandoori, Sauchie.

Then on May 3 at her home address, she is accused of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing, uttering abusive remarks and threats of violence.

She was bailed with the special condition that she does not enter The Royal Tandoori until the conclusion of her trial, set for October 9.
