A SOLICITOR and infrastructure investment professional has taken over at the helm of Kingdom Initiatives, subsidiary of Kingdom Housing Association.

The organisation, which specialises in mid-market rented homes, has appointed Mark Easton as chair.

He will oversee a period of significant growth and the enhancement of the digital experience for customers, according to the company.

Mark said: “I see a positive future for Kingdom Initiatives and we have plans to see the company grow its own MMR stock and develop additional income streams through the provision of other services, including the possibility of low cost home ownership and housing for private sale.”

He is taking over from David Little, who retired from the board after more than eight years as a director.

David said: “We have ambitious plans for the future and Marks enthusiasm and leadership will be really beneficial to Kingdom Initiatives.”
