A DOMESTIC offender who threatened his ex-partner over the phone has been admonished after making “excellent” progress with a Community Payback Order (CPO).
Graham Henderson, 31, received glowing praise from Sheriff David Mackie when he appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court for sentencing on Thursday, July 18.
He had previously been convicted of sending threatening messages to his ex on January 29 last year.
Sentencing had been deferred to allow him to be of good behaviour, and to make progress with a pre-existing CPO.
In court last week, Sheriff David Mackie told Henderson: “You arrived in court today with what can only be described as an excellent report.
“You’ve excelled expectations on your CPO, and you and I have had a very good review.
“I couldn’t have asked more of you, and you’ve done really well.”
To mark the progress he had made, the sheriff then admonished Henderson, of James Pollock Court in Tillicoultry, of the offence.
