TENANTS of Ochil View have been given the chance to win 30 pries in 30 days as the housing association celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Ochil View was formed in 1989 and while the official date is March 29, it was decided a year of celebrations would be more fitting and certainly more fun.

During June and July tenants were given the chance to win prizes, all of which were generously donated by local contractors and businesses.

Prizes included vouchers, tickets to Blair Drummond Safari Park, spa days and afternoon teas at Inglewood House.

Another idea included what staff branded “nappy cakes”.

Not edible, they are made up of various items for babies who were born to Ochil View tenants throughout the year.

Thirty golden tickets, each worth £30, will also be randomly placed into tenants’ summer newsletters, all people need to do is present them at the office to receive the prize.

George Tainsh, Ochil View chief executive who thanked staff for doing a “great job” with the organisation of competitions, said: “Involving our tenants, not surprisingly, was a key factor and it is pleasing to see so many happy faces on those lucky enough to be prize winners.”
