The man appeared in Alloa last week
A MAN has appeared on petition accused of severe assault.
The 47-year-old appeared in private at Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday, August 15, where he made a short appearance with no plea.
He is facing charges of assault and assault to severe injury.
The man, from Elderslie, will appear again in due course and has been bailed meantime.
