A SAUCHIE man denied sending sexual messages to a child at Alloa Sheriff Court last week.
The 27-year-old accused is alleged to have asked a 15-year-old girl to carry out sexual acts, and asked if he could carry out sexual acts to her.
The offence is said to have taken place between January 1 and July 1 last year, at an address in Clackmannanshire.
In court on Thursday, September 5, solicitor Larissa Milligan entered a plea of not guilty to the charge on her client’s behalf.
Fiscal depute Susannah Hutchison then requested the accused be prohibited from having any unsupervised contact with children under 16 as part of any bail conditions.
Sheriff David Mackie allowed the accused, of Gartmorn Road, to be released on bail until the case goes to trial on November 25, but rejected the fiscal depute’s request.
