TWELVE restaurants have been nominated for national awards.
A dozen hotspots across Brighton have been shortlisted in various categories in the Deliveroo Restaurant Awards.
The inaugural awards night will honour the best restaurants across the country, all of which are available to order on the home delivery app.
The Brighton finalists are:
Bagelman (Bond Street) - Best Brunch
Bluegrass (Olive Road) - Best Editions Restaurant
Croque Shop (Duke Street) - Best Brunch
VIP Very Italian Pizza (Olive Road) - Best Editions Restaurants
Bad Boys Burger (Staines Road) - Best Burger
The Chilli Pickle (Jubilee Street) - Best Indian
Smashburger (North Street) - Best Burger
Curry Leaf Cafe (Upper St James’s Street) - Best Vegan
Patty and Bun (Ship Street) - Best Burger
Purezza (St James’s Street) - Best Italian
Happy Maki (Poole Valley) - Best Eco-friendly
Pizzaface (St George’s Road) - Best Italian
The public has until the end of the day to cast their vote and give their favourite local restaurant the best chance of success, with the winners announced at the awards ceremony in London on October 17.
