DAY-LONG walks and cycles to explore local landscapes have been launched in the Inner Forth.
The trails, called the Inner Forth Wanderings and Windings, range from 11mile rambles to a challenging on and off-road 76mile cycle.
They were created in a bid to encourage locals to discover some of the many hidden gems in the wider area.
The routes take in nature hotspots, historic buildings, riverside views, cultural landmarks and simple places to escape urban life.

The Wanderings and Windings project is led by Inner Forth Futures in partnership with Clackmannanshire, Stirling, Falkirk and Fife councils as well as Scottish Natural Heritage, Historic Environment Scotland, Sustrans and Central Scotland Green Network Trust.
It is funded by a £47,000 award from the National Lottery Heritage Fund with a total overall value of £67,000.
Ian White Associates Landscape Architects were brought in to develop and deliver the trails.
They ran 12 co-design workshops in local communities to identify key points of interest along the way.
