The man will appear again following a short appearance
AN ALLOA man has appeared in court after being charged with rape and assault.
The 47-year-old made a short appearance in private at Alloa Sheriff Court last Thursday and has been accused of rape and two assaults.
He made no plea during the appearance and was released on bail until a further court hearing in due course.
