EXPOSING his genitals in public resulted in no punishment for a Sauchie man at Alloa Sheriff Court last week.

Pawel Rozmiarek, of Park Crescent, appeared in the dock to face sentencing for the public indecency charge on Thursday, January 9.

The 30-year-old committed the offence in Sauchie on July 22 last year, by lowering his clothing and exposing his genitals while standing on Parkhead Road.

Solicitor Kelly Howe told the court last week that Rozmiarek's sentencing had been deferred from September last year to allow him to be of good behaviour.

Fiscal depute Susannah Hutchison then confirmed he had not come to the attention of police since the incident.

Sheriff Pino di Emidio said: "My colleague Sheriff Mackie [left instructions] that on September 27 he was putting you in a position of trust, and that you would be of good behaviour.

"There's a report from the Crown indicating that you have fulfilled that trust.

"My colleague instructed the course of action he would take is that you would be admonished."

Sheriff Emidio then followed Sheriff Mackie's suggestion and admonished Rozmiarek.
