Alloa Sheriff Court
A MAN has appeared in court in connection with the robbery of a newsagent in Tullibody.
The RS McColls on Tron Court was hit on February 23, and a 25-year-old male has since appeared on petition at Alloa Sheriff Court over the incident.
During the private hearing on Friday, February 28, the accused made no plea or declaration, and was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.
He is due to appear in court again within eight days.
