KIND-HEARTED staff at a Glasgow pub are opening a free breakfast club after it was confirmed all schools would close from tomorrow.
Self-proclaimed Rangers watering hole The Bristol Bar announced on Facebook they would be giving free toast, cereal, and juice for anyone who needs it.
The Duke Street pub joins a number of generous Glasgow institutions doing their bit to make the coronavirus pandemic all the more manageable for everyone in the city.
A post on Facebook read: "With all local schools are closing as of Friday The Bristol Bar would like to help with All Local Kids.
"As of Monday we will open our doors from 9am -11am for a Breakfast club for all local kids, for FREE!!
"With tea, toast, cereal and juice.
"We as locals need to all pull together and support each other.

"We took all matters into careful consideration. It is essential our local kids have facilities where they are able to get breakfasts as our local kids depend on these services from the public schools to get their meals.
"We are also offering a takeaway service."
It comes on the same day we told how Dumbarton Road pub The Lovat Arms will also open its doors to support Glasgow during the Covid-19 shutdown.
