EASTERHOUSE arts and culture centre Platform has taken its summer programme online to support the local community during lockdown.
Drama, music and visual art sessions are now all available for free on the venue’s website.
The Platform Singers choir is now taking place online on Friday afternoons via Zoom, while the Saturday Art Club and Nu-Gen are encouraging young people to get creative at home with the help of artist Alice Dansey-Wright.
For the past month the venue’s drama clubs for young people, Creation Station, Lab Station and Platform Young Company have been meeting weekly on Zoom to chat, collaborate and share pieces of work and performances.
And the Play Café for the under-fours, is posting a weekly activity on its social media channels on Wednesdays at 11am.
