A LARGE police presence in Alloa over the weekend was due to reports of a missing man.
Two of the town’s residents said on social media there were “police everywhere” near the Mar Policies at around 2pm on Saturday, May 23.
After being asked for details of the incident, a Police Scotland spokesperson told the Advertiser: “This was a concern for person call relating to a missing man, who later returned home safe and well.”
