AN UNEXPLAINED death in Alva led to police shutting off a main road through the town this morning.
Officers were called to the East Stirling Street area around 7.30am today (Thursday, June 11).
Though the death is unexplained, it is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “The death is currently being treated as unexplained, although there are no apparent suspicious circumstances.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
