A TILLICOULTY man has appeared in court after allegedly breaking into three houses and attempting to break into two others.
Barry Wylie appeared on petition at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, July 13, in relation to five charges.
These include two of housebreaking with intent to steal, two of attempted housebreaking with intent to steal, and one of theft by housebreaking.
The 33-year-old made no plea during the private court hearing, and was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.
He is due in court again within eight days.
