THE robber who assaulted someone in Alloa’s Greenfield Park last month is still at large.

The incident on July 25 led to the male victim being hospitalised after suffering a minor injury.

Police confirmed to the Advertiser today (Wednesday, August 12) they are still searching for the culprit as “enquiries remain ongoing”.

In the aftermath of the incident, a police spokesperson said: “Around 5.40pm on Saturday [July 25] we received reports of an assault and robbery in the Greenfield Park area of Alloa.

“A 38-year-old man suffered a minor injury and was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital for treatment and was released a short time later.”
