DOLLAR and Muckhart have had the highest rates of coronavirus in the Wee County over the latest seven days of recording (September 26 – October 2).

In the last week, the Dollar and Muckhart ward has a rate of 50-74 cases per 100,000 population, significantly higher than the rest of Clackmannanshire for the same period.

Alloa North and Menstrie both have a rate of 30-49 for the period, while Alva and Clackmannan, Kennet and Forestmill, and Tillicoultry all come in with a rate of 15-29 cases per 100,000.

Every other ward – Alloa South and East, Alloa West, Fishcross, Devon Village and Coalsnaughton, Sauchie, Tullibody North and Glenochil, and Tullibody South – all have a rate of less than 15.

The figures come via a new interactive map which has been launched by Public Health Scotland which shows what neighbourhoods have the highest rate of infection.
