A WEE COUNTY food van is in the running to be named Best Looking Food Truck in Britain this year.
The team running Stag Bites The Hogg have made the shortlist for the competition, which has been run by the British Street Food organisation for more than 10 years.
A post on the organisation's Facebook page said: "We've had hundreds of you nominating your choice for the title of Best Looking Food Truck this year, and we've managed to narrow it down to just thirteen.
"We need your help to pick the top five finalists who you, the public, will vote on to choose to be your winner, announced at the final of the British Street Food Awards 2020."
As the Advertiser previously reported, Clacks couple Beth and Liam Davies run Stag Bites The Hog out of their trusty converted food truck Ronnie, a Citroen H boasting a lively orange exterior.
The pair are hoping to come out on top, and have asked for locals to lend them their vote.
