The 21-year-old is due back in court again within eight days
AN ALLOA man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder following an alleged incident in Tullibody over the weekend.
James McDonald appeared on petition at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Tuesday, October 13.
The 21-year-old faced one charge of assault to severe injury, danger of life and attempted murder.
He made no plea during the private hearing, was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.
He will appear in court again within eight days.
