A MAN has been charged after police spotted him driving through Tullibody despite having no licence.
The 31-year-old male was recognised behind the wheel by officers on patrol on Tuesday, December 1.
A tweet by Clackmannanshire Police said: βSome good work from officers in the Tullibody area yesterday, spotting a male driving known to have no licence.
