A SAUCHIE shop was robbed at the weekend.
Sauchie Express was targeted on the evening of Saturday, November 28, and the Advertiser understands a three-figure sum was taken during the incident.
Officers swiftly arrested a man in connection with the incident, however.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We were called around 8pm on Saturday, 28 November, to a report of a robbery at a premises in Main Street, Sauchie.
“A 21-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident and was due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, 30 November, 2020."
