A WEEKLY health walk is set to start today in Tullibody.
Charity Braveheart is starting a weekly 45minute walk for people to join, leaving from the old St Bernadette’s School building, on Wednesday, December 9.
Led by experienced walk leader Ann Clark, the walk will start each Wednesday at 11.30am, returning at around 12.15pm.
Residents of all ages are welcome to join in.
A number of other walks, with different lengths and along various routes, are also available throughout the week.
Each Tuesday at 12noon, a walk starts from the Bowmar Centre in Alloa, heading down to the Black Devon Wetlands.
People can also join at Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre at 11am every Wednesday, outside wards 1 and 2, for a short and flat circular rout or a stroll to Inglewood Pond.
Every Thursday, there is a short circular walk as well as a longer walk starting from outside Sauchie Hall at 10.30am – working in partnership with Donna McLean from Sauchie Active8.
