Delays to bin collections due to icy conditions
There are delays to bin collections in Fife today (Monday) due to icy weather.
Fife Council have warned households that crews are experiencing issues on the roads and some bins have not been emptied.
Those affected have been told to leave their bins out on the roadside and they will be collected as soon as possible.
