A CLACKMANNAN man defied a court order so he could get his "washing done".

Kieran Harrower was prohibited from entering Tower View in Sauchie but was found to be in breach of the ban on two separate occasions.

As a result, the 23-year-old found himself back in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court last week.

Harrower, of Dundas Crescent, admitted that having been granted bail on August 20 with the condition he was not to enter Tower View, Sauchie, he breached the order on September 21 and October 3.

Depute fiscal Sarah Smith said on the first occasion police had received an anonymous phone call about Harrower.

When they found him on the footpath outside a house in Tower View, he said: "I was just getting my washing done."

When found there on the second occasion, he replied: "I was told I was allowed to speak to my gran."

Defence solicitor Larissa Milligan told the court: "He was allowed to speak to his gran, but he wasn't allowed to go there. He doesn't display a great deal of maturity."

Sheriff Craig Harris told Harrower: "I do fear for you. I note you don't want to accept the various supports that are available."

He pointed out to Harrower that he has now breached the order three times and his attitude reduces sentencing options if offending continues.

The sheriff imposed a community payback order with 60 hours of unpaid work.
