A BABY and child first aid class for parents, grandparents and carers take place in the Wee County next month.
Hosted by Daisy First Aid Stirling and Dollar Community Development Trust, the event takes place at Dollar Hive on Sunday, June 13.
This fun and relaxed two-hour class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn some basic first aid skills, while giving everyone the chance to ask questions and get as involved as much as they like, so that everyone leaves with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly and calmly in an emergency.
The class is suitable for parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, babysitters, family and friends.
Babies under one-year-old are welcome too.
The class will cover a wide range of topics including treatment of an unconscious casualty, recovery positions for adults, children and babies and resuscitation and CPR for adults, children and babies.
Pre-booking is essential as places are limited to allow for social distancing and to ensure there is no sharing of equipment.
The cost is £25 per person, email stirling@daisyfirstaid.com or call Kirsty on 07966 190724 for more information.
