A NEIGHBOURHOOD dispute led to a Hillfoots woman threatening violence against dogs.

Rosemary Malloy, 53, of Walker Terrace, Tillicoultry, appeared in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court.

She admitted that on April 24 at her home she acted aggressively, shouted, swore and made threats of violence.

Defence solicitor Rachel Wallace said at about 4.30pm the neighbour's dogs were out in his back garden when Malloy started shouting.

She ranted: "They f****** dogs. I'm going to kick f*** out of them and poison them."

The background was an on-going dispute, said the depute, with the neighbour starting the video her antics.

She could be heard calling the man a "stupid fat b*****" and then threatening the dogs saying she was going to "kick the s*** out of them".

Police were called and when arrested Malloy said she was "very, very sorry".

Defence solicitor Kelly Howe said her client had been suffering from stress and that the neighbour also dished out some verbal abuse calling her "dirty wh**e" and her husband a "cancer-ridden b******".

Sheriff Craig Harris called for reports and Malloy will be sentenced on June 17.
