A MAN was taken to hospital following a car crash in the Wee County.
Police received reports of a two-vehicle crash on the A91 between Menstrie and Blairlogie yesterday, Wednesday, July 7.
One driver was reported for road traffic offences while the other was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
The road was closed for around three hours before being re-opened.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received report of a two-vehicle crash on the A91 between Menstrie and Blairlogie around 6.20am on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
"The male driver of one of the vehicles will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with road traffic offences and the male driver of the other vehicle was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital with minor injuries.
"The road was re-opened around 9.35am.”
