A DISTRAUGHT dog owner is re-appealing to Forth Valley residents after her pet went missing in Arrochar almost seven weeks ago.

Natalie Crawford was climbing Beinn Ime with her dog Gizmo when they were separated in the clouds.

There has not been a single sighting of him since and no body has been found either.

Drones have been flying around the mountain in an attempt to find him but there has been no luck yet.

Natalie has been searching daily ever since at the surrounding areas and is now appealing for help from the public.

She is also trying to find a recent Facebook post about a dog of similar description to Gizmo being spotted in Ladybank Woods in Fife before being spooked and running away.

Natalie said: “He’s worth more than all the money, that’s why I put out such a big reward.

“Hopefully, it will encourage someone to hand him over if they’re that way inclined.

“It’s a total mystery. I’m just trying to explore every avenue.”

There’s a £5,000 reward for the safe return of Gizmo, who is a male Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross.

Natalie continued: “I just need some answers, I need closure either way.

“It’s the not knowing anything that’s totally destroying me.

“I just recently returned to work and I’m trying to get out and search as much as I can.”
