A SAUCHIE housing development has been shortlisted in four different categories at an upcoming awards show.
Ediston Homes have been nominated for the awards at the upcoming 14th annual Scottish Home Awards.
The company earned nods in the categories of House of the Year and Large Housing Development of the Year as well as Show Home of the Year.
Meanwhile, The Cameron, one of the house builds on the development, has been nominated for Starter Home of the Year.
Winners will be revealed at the awards dinner, hosted by Des Clarke, which will take place on Thursday, September 16 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.
Devongrange is located on the former Forth Valley College site, with 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes on site.
