A TILLICOULTRY man, who smashed a window in the common close to his home, has been ordered to do more unpaid work.
Connor Rennie, 23, of Comrie Court, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 13 he maliciously smashed and damaged a glass panel in a door in the close.
Sheriff Craig Harris imposed a community payback order with 12 months of supervision and 40 hours unpaid work.
Rennie is already on another court order with unpaid work, the court was told.
There was further bad news for Rennie when the sheriff noticed there was a warrant outstanding for him, issued at Falkirk Sheriff Court.
Rennie left the courtroom with a police officer for that matter to be looked into.
