A WOMAN was subjected to weeks of abuse and threats from her former partner.
She was assaulted and pinned against a wall by Dylon McEwan, who also threatened to send explicit photos of her to her family.
The Tillicoultry man also flushed her only baby scan photo down a toilet.
McEwan, of Hareburn Road, appeared in the dock at Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday, October 14.
He admitted that between August 1 and September 24, last year, he engaged in an abusive course of conduct to his former partner.
He was repeatedly making threats to harm himself if she ended their relationship, threatened to send explicit photographs of her to her family members, refused to delete explicit photographs of her, terminated a phone call between her and a friend, shouted, swore, made offensive remarks, pinned her against a wall, restraining her there, seized her head to her injury, disposed of a personal photograph down a toilet, repeatedly made unwanted phone calls to her and sent text messages.
Defence solicitor Robert Smith said: "He's deeply ashamed of his behaviour."
Sheriff Neil Bowie said the offending was "significant and unpleasant".
He imposed a community payback with 30 months of supervision and McEwan will take part in the Caledonia Programme for domestic offenders.
