A SECOND arrest has been made in connection with the death of a Glasgow man.
The remains of William Leiper were found in Househill Park in Pollok in August.
Following the discovery of the 31-year-old's body, a major murder investigation was launched to establish the full circumstances surrounding his death.
Detectives have confirmed that a second man, 25, has been arrested in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of William Leiper in Glasgow.
"Mr Leiper, 31, was found dead in Househill Park in the Pollok area of the city on Wednesday, August 4.
"The 25-year-old man is due to appear before Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, October 19."
Meanwhile, another man was arrested and charged in connection with the alleged murder days after William Leiper's body was found.
The 40-year-old appeared in court on August 16.
