FIVE "re-imagined" Dictator songs are to be released as a fundraising EP in support of Devin Gordon's family.

The 13-year-old tragically died last month, with the shock of the youngster's passing reverberating around his hometown of Bathgate and the rest of the country.

A minute's silence was held at football grounds all around the country in a touching tribute to the teen who was known for his love of the game.

Dictator, natives of West Lothian themselves, were among those looking to do something to bring some kind of comfort to Devin's family.

Next Friday they will unveil a five-track EP of remixed releases called D-Sides.

The project enlisted five DJs and producers from Scotland's burgeoning electronic scene step up for remix duty on five original Dictator tracks.

Liam Doc was tasked with putting his own spin on Hide and Seek, with SAMA nominee Macka transforming Anthem For A Doomed Youth.

Aberdeen's Jen Athan then reshaped Mirror Mirror, with Ayrshire's Calypso Jet taking on Moonlight, and electronic duo Post Coal Prom Queen's reworking Candlemaker Row.

All of the of download profits from D-Sides will be donated the Devin Gordon Go Fund Me page.
