A CLACKS man has been fined following a disturbance at his parents' home in Alloa.
A disturbance took place involving Peter Russell after a group had gathered near the house.
Russell, of Shetland Court, appeared back at Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday, May 19.
He previously admitted that on May 2, 2020, at Mull Court he acted aggressively, shouted and swore.
At 6.20pm police were contacted about a street disturbance.
When officers arrived, they saw Russell hanging over the rear garden fence next to a public footpath. He was shouting loudly and aggressively then ran inside the house.
Russell, 36, then started shouting and swearing from the house to police saying: "Get out the f****** garden. It's not amateurs you're dealing with."
He refused to open the door and police forced entry to arrest him.
Sentence had been deferred for good behaviour and, having stayed out of further trouble, Russell was fined £320 by Sheriff Neil Bowie.
